Deposits
& Cancellations: We
require a 50% deposit at the time of your reservation with the balance due upon
arrival. For your convenience we accept all major credit cards, personal checks,
money orders and cash. Due to the nature of our business, and the fact that people
generally book our cabins well in advance, we require a 30 day cancellation notice
in order to give a full refund of your deposit. If you are unable to give a 30
day notice, we will be happy to apply 100% of your deposit towards a future stay
with us. Also, in the event of an early departure, we cannot give any kind of
refund. Please note that all credits must be used within a one year time frame.
Thank you for your understanding. Pet
Policy: We do allow well mannered, house broken pets. We ask that when you
are not at the cabin, you take your pet with you whenever possible. If your pet
is of the barking kind, and you must leave it behind, please leave it indoors,
preferably crated. For the safety of other guests in the area, please do not leave
your pet unattended outdoors. If your pet is of the shedding kind, please do not
allow it on the furniture or beds. The reason we allow pets is because we are
animal lovers ourselves, and could not imagine going on vacation without our pets.
We only ask that you follow our simple rules. Due to the extra time involved in
cleaning a cabin that a pet has stayed in, we must charge a $45.00 pet cleaning
fee. For the
courtesy of our non smoking guests, we ask that you refrain from smoking inside
the cabin at all times. Thank you for your understanding.

Directions Upon Arriving To Bryson City
(1) From Highway 74 Heading West
Take Exit # 67 Bryson City and Go Right.
(2) At First Traffic Light Turn Right
Onto Main Street.
(3) At Next Traffic Light Turn Left Onto Everett Street.

Go Approx. 2.5 Miles and Turn Left Onto Jordan Road (2nd Left After High School).

Turn Right Onto Fernwood Drive, Stay On The Dirt Road And Look For Your Assigned
Cabin. All The Cabins Have Names. Your Cabin Name Is Listed Above.

I Am Not On The Property Your Cabin Will Be Unlocked.
